Services
Astronix provides marketing, web development and growth system services as described in proposals and statements of work agreed with each client.
No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes or revenue results. Outcomes depend on market conditions, offer quality, execution and factors outside our control.
Payments
Fees, billing schedules and payment terms are defined in your proposal or agreement. Late payments may pause work until accounts are current.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment for deliverables, clients receive rights to final work product as specified in the agreement. Astronix retains rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks and methodologies.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Astronix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant engagement period.
